Under the World Health Organization standard, India needs 10 million units of blood annually but only 75 lakh units available can be made. That is, nearly 2.5 million units lose hundreds of patients every year due to lack of blood. According to the figures in the capital Delhi, there is a requirement of 350 lakh blood units every year, but only 30 percent of the voluntary blood donors can collect. The Delhi which is the same is the rest of India. It is not unreasonable that even though India’s population has reached 100 billion, A percentage of the total population of blood donors has not been reached. According to experts, donating only 59 percent of blood donation in India is voluntary. Whereas in Delhi, the voluntary blood donation is only 32%. There are 53 blood banks in Delhi but still one million units are lacking in blood. There are many countries in the world which leave India in such a situation as a great chase. How far ahead man can run in the race for the development of civilization, but even if one man is still desperate to give his blood to others, if necessary. Despite all the efforts to raise awareness of blood donation, man has to buy a human blood. What can be more ironic than this is that due to non-supply of blood in many accidents, people go into the mouth of untimely death. At the level of awareness that blood donation should have been brought, neither the effort nor the people became aware. But even if it is necessary, one man is hesitant to give his blood to another.
